We had such a fun, BUSY, summer! Here are some of the moments from July and August that were actually captured in pictures:

Aaron's New Hobby: Aaron is really into blacksmithing - the old fashioned way! So, those of you who know Aaron know his love of knives. So it is no surprise that a knife was his first project:

Here is his homemade adobe forge on our driveway.   And here's his fan club! All four kids wanted to watch. (Anvil is there on the porch too)

Our family has enjoyed some great moments in the great outdoors. Love it!!! Some pics:

There's more, but I'll spare the details as this is getting long. Suffice it to say, we have had a lot of fun.

But this is worth mentioning: For those of you who only keep in contact with us through the website, Kenna has been growing and growing and growing over the summer in preparation for Baby Number Five. Hooray! We're due the end of October.

Okay, so that picture was taken in early August, and I thought I was big, but not compared to me now!!!! Here I am last week on my birthday (thus the party hat): Karina says I should put this picture on because I look good, so let's take her word for it. (Isn't she sweet?)
