Our campsite had a "sandbox" perfect for Karina Pauline to play in the sand. She spent every spare minute walking or digging or scooping the sand.

Karina found a pinecone that she covered and uncovered over and over and over and over... She had to find the pinecone before she would sit down to play!

Baby Brother joins in!

Trevor loved the feel of sand in his toes (he also tried to feel the sand in his mouth, SO we held him up so he could discover sand at a safe distance.)

This was, I think, one of Trevor's favorite moments of our vacation! He was happily playing in his sunshade when his big sister decided she must join him.

Karina had him giggling in no time!
