Enoch's Cast, Trevor's Birthay, Curtis Growing Up, Aaron's Job

For those who don't know, Enoch Aaron broke his foot! He is wearing a boot cast now, but it does not slow down this 3 year old one bit!!!! I have to remind him that he can't jump off the stairs/ the couch/ the chair/ his bed so that his foot can heal. (He broke his foot by jumping off a tall shelf)

Trevor just turned 5 years old!! We had a great day together as a family, and we even broke open a pinata... something that Trevor has known he's wanted to do on his birthday since he went to a birthday party last spring.

And Curtis is growing up! He has been standing for about a month now, and when he started, he didn't even realize he was doing it. It was simply a means to an end. For example, he would let go and reach up for me, but not even think about what he had done.

Well, now he is on the verge of walking. And he has even taken a few steps, but again, he doesn't even realize that he is doing it! Today he walked three small steps to get just a bit closer to the garbage (yes, the garbage, he loves this a bit too much) and four steps to get to his papa tonight as he cried for him (Curtis thought he'd been abandoned, apparently, because Daddy had gone downstairs for something)

Now, it is only a matter of time until he realizes he can do it.

The picture below is Curtis when he was first realizing that he could stand. I can't believe this guy will be one in a month!

And news of Aaron too: Aaron just got a new position in the USU Aviation Department. Congratulations to him!
