We colored Easter eggs on Friday. (We decided not to call it "dyeing" Easter eggs when Karina kept asking, "why eggs die?")

Trevor tried coloring an egg with crayon, but decided that it was much more fun to throw it on the floor and crack it.

Then, of course, he decided it was time to eat!

On Saturday, we set off for Memorial Park where the Easter Bunny decided to pay us a visit!

Karina found her basket quickly and was then OFF to find plastic eggs with her daddy.

She was so excited for the finding!

Trevor found his basket quickly as well, and he dug right in.

He was so excited for the eating!

He unwrapped a chocolate egg and ate it right away.

After Daddy flew to Denver and Karina and Trevor had a nap, we took turns hiding our real colored eggs in our yard.

Karina loved to hide and loved to find.
